My methods for course design and development begin with a thorough analysis of where your team are at and where they need to be in order to propel the organisation forward. This could be performance analysis, task analysis, needs analysis or a combination.
I then develop learner profiles to underpin human-centred design of courses that utilise the right blend of intrigue, challenge and support . My learning solutions can be completely face-to-face or completely online, but a blended solution is often determined to have the most impact. We could load the courses onto a Learning Management System (LMS) of your choice to collect data analytics and for record management.
